Ron Johnson is out at JCPenney, WWD is reporting. The article doesn't include details about whether he technically resigned or was outright fired, but after controversial changes and disastrous sales since his instatement as CEO in 2011, this does not come as a huge surprise. Mike E. "Myron" Ullman 3rd, who preceded Johnson, will be returning to the chain as CEO. [WWD]
