Among the garments that can be clearly seen in this teaser video for Rihanna's second collection for the U.K. retailer River Island are a grey sweatshirt with Rihanna's face on it, a tie-die off-the-shoulder crop-top and matching circle skirt, and a tie-die jumpsuit (which Rihanna would like better if it had more interfacing in the hood). The video was shot at an product meeting for the line's summer delivery, which will hit stores on May 25. Looks like it's going to be a(nother) very 1990s summer.
Rihanna says she made items with different women in "her crew" in mind. "We all have different body types, different tastes, and some are braver than others. But I think that, like, that's how women in the world are," she says. Ri-Ri adds, just after kneeling down to pin a hem on a see-through black mesh skirt being worn by a fit model, "I wanted to make clothes for fat days."
