A Page Six anonymous source has alleged that Victoria's Secret used a picture of Kate Upton from 2011 on the catalogue's back cover. He or she noted that "Kate's not currently contracted to work with Victoria's Secret, and they didn't contact her before they used these images." Of course, the lingerie retailer might have rights to the images anyway—especially since Upton posed for the catalog back in days before the Dougie heard round the world brought her to internet stardom, and she would have been in a less powerful position for contract negotiations than she is now.
