Collab-Happy

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Comme des Garcons designer Rei Kawakubo is known for her high-concept and unpredictable collabs (see the collection with Matt Groening, creator of The Simpsons. Or Hermés for that matter), so it's kind of odd that her latest collaboration is with the Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. Once you check out the T-shirts, cotton scarves, shoes and bags with Warhol iconography, however, you'll see that it has Kawakubo written all over it. [Telegraph]
