Comedy writer Bonnie Datt once bought a chainmail vest "for clubbing"—a purchase she later came to lament, once she realized that chainmail wasn't particularly slimming. Inspired by this, she now spends her spare time asking famous people to dish about purchases which they initially loved—but ended up regretting, for Buyer's Remorse.

Film and television star Jessica Alba is known for both her beauty and her sense of style. But just like for the rest of us, Jessica sometimes puts fashion above comfort and good judgment when it comes to shopping. Which leads us to her tale of Buyer's Remorse.
"I bought a Celine Resort outfit and shoes. I wanted them [the shoes] to fit and they didn't. I wanted them so bad, that I blamed walking around Paris and having swollen feet for why they didn't fit. But they actually didn't fit. So I just got to stare at them for six years until I gave them to someone."
