There's a Ginger Root on Creatures of Comfort's First Style Book

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Creatures of Comfort has launched a "style book," the first according to the brand, though they've definitely put out lookbooks in seasons past. Still, this particular one is just as unconventional and heady as everything in the Manhattan-based store. Find accessories like Illesteva sunglasses as well as a piece of ginger strewn over photographs of a model sporting Acne Aldo hat, Rachel Comey Ceville dress, Salvor Labtex scarf, MM6 slouchy skinny pant, Ancient Greek Niki sandals, and more. It's a lookbook on a lookbook. A meta-lookbook. Scope it out above and shop the goods here.
