Loads of brands are trying to insert themselves into space tourism, so while you're looking forward to plenty of fun souvenirs to bring back from your galaxy travels, also rest easy that there's going to be a way to purchase them. PayPal plans to make those transactions happen.

Called "PayPal Galactic," the program seeks to solve the problem of interplanetary currencies of the future, as company president David Marcus explained to CNBC in the video clip below. Finally. Space bros can buy their space Axe while eating their space snacks on a spaceship.
