Band of Outsiders dropped its perplexing Boy. and Girl. labels in favor of just the plain and simple Band of Outsiders. The names originally distinguished two lines within womenswear: Boy. drew inspiration from menswear, and Girl. was the more whimsical, lady-fairy aesthetic. Ultimately, this proved too confusing and here we are. [Refinery29]
