Topless activist Moira Johnston—one of Racked NY's most popular street scene subjects of last summer—has just resurfaced in Philadelphia.
The Metro reports that she was spotted in the Rittenhouse Square area of Philly on Wednesday, where, according to radio station New Jersey 101.5, she was covering her nipples with a pair of pasties.
Last May, Johnston told Racked that she was going topless in order "to raise awareness that's it's legal for woman to be topless anywhere a guy can be without a shirt since 1992 here in New York State." Johnston also said her mom is a breast cancer survivor and supports her topless campaign.
According to gotopless.org, topless freedom is guaranteed in the state of Pennsylvania.
The Metro reports that Johnston is a Philadelphia native, but it is not known whether she has permanently relocated to her hometown, or if she is just visiting.
