Stripes are considered to be one of the most classic fashion staples of all time. That said, it's easy to get into a stripes funk, donning the same ol' black and white getup. Lemlem updates the look for summer, proving that stripes, light fabrics, colors are a match made in heaven.
The collection above, designed by top-model Liya Kebede features bright hues ranging from neon yellow to tangerine. The versatile dresses and separates transition easily from the beach to the city streets. Lightweight scarves, which Lemlem has become synonymous with, along with kaftans round out the rest of the collection. Each of the pieces is made from natural Ethiopian cotton and is hand woven by local residents. Prices for the collection are going to be a little steep due to the handmade factor, meaning close to $250 for dresses and $175 for tops/ Shop them here.
