Fashion fans' collective convulsions over the thought of a André Leon Talley talk show on NBC has been slightly stymied by ALT himself.

In an interview appearing in the latest issue of V Magazine, the editor of Numéro Russia responds to a suggestion that he's "going to be the next Andy Cohen [of Bravo]", saying: "Andy has done great things for what he has done, which is to create a brand. My deal is not to be the next Andy Cohen and is not even in its set stage; it's in its incubating stage. So I have nothing to report. If it doesn't happen, I'll be fine too." You and what army, ALT?
