The $15 Ethical Tee That Fits Like A Glove

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Today's pick comes from Racked LA associate editor Danielle Directo-Meston.

Crew Neck Tee, $15 at Everlane.com

I never seem to have enough basic tees that are just as good for dressing up as they are for lounging. Also, I have this weird thing where I guilt trip myself over every purchase, probably because I went to Catholic school for like four years. That's why I absolutely love this basic crew neck tee by Everlane. It's cheap ($15!), super soft, fits true to size, and was made sweatshop-free in LA. Hooray!

It's lightweight, versatile, and cut perfectly for the ladies—no more borrowing those ill-fitting boxy shirts from the dudes. If you order one or two or five for yourself (it comes in seven colors), I recommend ditching the dryer so your tees stay perfect.
