Kelly Cutrone

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Kelly Cutrone's ex-husband, artist Ronnie Cutrone, died last week. The obituary subsequently published by the New York Times greatly displeased the fashion publicist, who took to her Facebook to call for reporter Margalita Fox to be fired. "HER HEADER CALLS HIM ANDY WARHOL'S ASSISTANT - SHE LEFT OUT HIS ART ACCOMPLISHMENTS," writes Kelly Cutrone. You can judge the obituary (which does mention Ronnie Cutrone's exhibitions at MoMA and elsewhere) for yourself here. Our condolences to Kelly Cutrone and the Cutrone family. [Facebook]
