Sara Carr is a coach at CrossFit NYC/The Black Box and a personal trainer to certified smoking-hot shoe designer Alejandro Ingelmo. Ingelmo, who detailed his regimen for Vogue a few months back, is serious about his fitness and works out five days a week. Here's a photo of him looking very ripped. Needless to say, Carr and the CrossFit team know how to whip you into fighting shape.
