The bizarrely private Jeffrey Campbell got himself a profile by Amy Odell, who scrummed up a 2007 interview with the designer/fashion ghost on Fred Flare in lieu of an impossible tête-à-tête. That, plus interviews with fashion folk and a member of the brand's tiny team, reveals slightly more about Campbell, the business, and the Litas. Highlight: Joe Zee calls him the "J.D.
