Jennifer Johnson (aka JJ Dancer) is the secret weapon behind plenty of LA's most toned figures, including major Hollywood starlets like Jessica Alba and a ton of the city's fashion writers (disclosure: this fan club includes one former Racked LA editor). A professional dancer, she's toured the globe with artists like Beyoncé, Kanye West and Pitbull and was formerly an elite Tracy Anderson instructor. She now trains her clients out of a private studio with longtime Pilates instructor Elizabeth Ordway, who provides the stretching and lengthening yin to JJ's ass-kicking yang.
Johnson's workouts are typically divided into two parts: a dance cardio warm up and a weights and mat toning session. Here, she shares one of her killer moves for shaping your legs and core. Watch it and learn.
