H&M is distancing itself from Cara Delevingne after paparazzi photos surfaced that showed a small bag of white powder — which totally could have been anything! — falling out of the model's purse.
Although Delevingne has starred in H&M campaigns in the past, the brand told The Sun "there was a misunderstanding that she was a face of H&M. We just used her for the show," referring to H&M's recent first-ever runway show in Paris. H&M has a zero-tolerance drug policy; the brand also dropped Kate Moss in 2005 after she was photographed snorting cocaine.

More recently, Delevingne was also the spring, 2013, face of H&M's Divided line. So H&M's "she was never a face of the brand" argument seems just a touch disingenuous.
