Our sister site Curbed reports that Jenna Lyons has purchased a loft on New York's Mercer Street. They write that "a 3,500-square-foot loft sold to a J. L. Mazeau for $6.05 million (10 percent above the asking price). For those not in the loop, Mazeau is the last name of Lyons' ex-husband." [Curbed]
