What's Left Online After the Phillip Lim for Target Launch

New, 116 comments

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target collection debuted this morning on Target's website, and it's been ransacked since then—luckily not fully.

The bags went fairly quickly, which was to be expected. But the clothing is a different story. Plenty of the signature items are still available, like the leopard print sweaters, tops, and dress, as well as the floral shirt-dress. See below for specific details on sizing availability at the time of publishing (Updated at noon).

Monday, September 16 UPDATE this way.

Couple notes on the bags: Most styles are sold out, including the mini-satchel/Pashlis in all colors, medium satchel in black, the drawstring bag in the orange leopard print, and the tote with gusset in black (though the latter is "sold in stores") (good luck). Others are sold "online only." So if you're consulting this online guide after failing to find them this morning, double check the site.

What is available? The medium satchel in brown and the large carryall tote with gusset in black. Have at it.

The "BOOM" scarf, $19.99, is still available, but the leopard version, also $19.99, is only in stores.

As for the clothes, the trenches ($79.99) in both colorways are out, as is the tuxedo dress ($44.99), the faux-leather navy dress, the faux-leather jacket in navy ($249.99), the powder blue trousers ($39.99), the floral pajama set and the leopard one ($29.99), and the "BOOM" sweatshirt, sadly.

Hot ticket items that are still available include the leopard print dress in all sizes ($29.99), long sleeve blouse in green and in floral ($29.99), the printed shirt-dresses in every size but XS ($39.99), the "sparkle" dress with the blinged out collar ($49.99), and the silk skirt in navy ($29.99). Also, the "BOOM" shirt-dress is only available in large and XL ($44.99), get the leopard print button-down in everything but small and XS ($39.99). Finally the faux-leather dress in black is available in sizes 10 through 14 ($49.99).

Update at 12:00pm: Drop dress is still in stock in small and medium ($44.99), the cream sweater with crystal collar is available in all but an XS ($39.99), the "BOOM" drop dress is available in all but small and XS, and the sequinned navy dress in all sizes but a two ($74.99). The peplum top is only available in small, large, and XL ($34.99), and surprisingly, the animal print flared skirt is totally in stock ($29.99).

The tuxedo jacket in navy is sold out ($59.99). And as many times as we refresh the page, the pajama sets are still gone.

What bags are still online: the Pashli-esque tote with gusset in taupe and purple ($54.99), The medium satchel in black ($44.99), the large carryall tote with gusset in brown ($54.99).

Give us the rundown on your experience shopping online in the comments. We want to know what you bought when, and how it went.
