Our sister site reports that mega-brand Coach signed a deal for more office space in New York City. What's weird about the lease: It was just revealed that Coach stipulated that certain brands, seen as competitors, could not lease space in the same building either for offices or retail shops. They called out J.Crew, Ralph Lauren and Burberry specifically, but their burn list apparently included eight brands. [Racked NY]
