A gym in Queens has begun offering CrossFit classes for children, reports our sister site in New York. Instead of intense lifting and sprints, kids will be taught traditional movements used in CrossFit, just without weights. Other activities include crab walking, building mat castles and squatting while imitating an angry gorilla. Sounds fun. [Racked NY]
