Beloved, spammy Twitter handle @horse_ebooks has been unmasked by the New Yorker. The account, which Tweets out broken sentences and links to a random assortment of ebooks, is manned by actual humans, not a robot. Its creators, Jacob Bakkila and Thomas Bender (the creative director of BuzzFeed and the former VP of product dev at Howcast), appeared together for a gallery performance today in NYC; they've decided to sign off on the account to focus on new things.
