More than a year and a half after Gwyneth Paltrow stunned armchair red carpet critics in a white Tom Ford dress fitted with a cape at the 2012 Oscars, a version of the style has been produced for regular folks. Ann Taylor's satin jersey capelet gown is black, not white, but its sleek shape and billowy attached cape channels Gwyn's version. The dress, which retails for $398, is only available online and already has one rave review. It is described on the site as, "designed for unforgettable entrances" much as Gwyneth's was, we imagine.
