Joe Fresh and Nylon Discuss Their Essential Black Pieces

New, 2 comments

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Welcome to Party Bites, a new Racked series where fancy people at glamorous parties answer our probing questions.

Danielle Dixon, PR Coordinator for Joe Fresh.

We stopped by Bonjour Black party last night for Joe Fresh and Nylon to see how the colorful Canadian import handled black and white style. In attendance was Nylon's Market Director, Rachael Wang, to give styling tips at the retailer's Flatiron District location. While sipping cocktails and listening to music by DJ Jasmine Solano, we asked the crowd, "If you could only wear one piece of black clothing ever again, what would it be?" See below for what they had to say. —Sam Lee
