Rebecca Minkoff topped off her vaguely Mexican looks with a crown of braids á la Frieda Kahlo. While the artist would have tricked them out by weaving a bright scarf in them or adding flowers, Minkoff took the paired down simple approach.
The essential ingredients to the look, as demonstrated on Lindsey Wixson, are a deep side part, three four-way braids that begin at the nape of the neck, and a ton of back teasing, volumizer, and stealthily placed hairpins. See more after the jump.
