The director of acclaimed fashion documentary Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf's, Matthew Miele, has set his sights on another iconic retailer: Tiffany & Co.
"We're in production over 6 months now, and we've only just begun to scratch the surface of a story that is just so rich," Miele said in a press release. "Whether it's focusing on the Tiffany family one day, to following the priceless Tiffany Diamond to China, or documenting how a master craftsmen handmade a classic Schlumberger design, it is all dramatic and inspiring."
Not much else has been released regarding the film, which will profile the rise of the jeweler from a small gift shop to a global brand. It's scheduled for a spring 2015 release, after Miele's latest work, The Harry Benson Project.
