Anna Wintour is one step closer to sainthood. The New York Times reported yesterday that when the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art reopens in May, it will henceforth be known as the Anna Wintour Costume Center. And for good reason, since Wintour has raised $125 million for the Costume Institute and served for 15 years as a Met trustee.

Wintour's fundraising efforts helped pay for the $40 million renovation of the Costume Institute, which will debut on May 8 with the "Charles James: Beyond Fashion" exhibition. With the Costume Institute galleries makeover and this new name, Anna Wintour is really going to be the belle of the 2014 Metropolitan Ball.
