Here's more proof that if Gina Gershon hadn't been available for that Lifetime Donatella Versace biopic, Lady Gaga could have been a contender. Gaga and Donatella looked eerily similar at Sunday's Atelier Versace couture show, which opened the Paris summer haute couture season. Gaga, who is repping Versace's spring ad campaign, sat in the front row wearing a black gown from the collection with flowing Donatella-esque blonde locks.
The show began with Lady Gaga's track "Donatella," off her last album, Artpop. Sample lyrics: "I am so fab, check out, I'm blonde, I'm skinny, I'm rich and a bit of a bitch." That sums it up. And the collection's slinky draped gowns in black and brilliant colors like blue and chartreuse with Grace Jones-inspired hoods echoed that aggressively glam sentiment. "A contemporary goddess: power, determination, strength, and glamour—that's what I was thinking about," Versace told WWD. So, Gaga, then?
