This is the saddest piece of junk mail ever. Somehow, an Illinois man received a letter from OfficeMax addressed to "Mike Seay - Daughter killed in car crash." The LA Times reports that Seay says he has no idea how OfficeMax knew about the death of his 17-year-old daughter last year. The company states the unfortunate address "is a result of a mailing list rented through a third-party provider," and OfficeMax's corporate affairs office issued a stock apology to Seay.
