Target will no longer offer health care to its part-time workers, reports Forbes. The retailer announced the news via its blog, A Bullseye View. Their EVP of human resources explains that the decision was made because Obamacare may offer options that are more affordable for part-timers and, as she says, "the majority of our part-time team members who have been eligible for our health insurance coverage don't enroll." Part-time health insurance will be discontinued for Target staffers on April 1. [A Bullseye View; Forbes]
