Yesterday around noon-thirty, five men wearing masks and gloves entered Cartier on Fifth Avenue in New York City, smashed open a glass display case with hammers and stole 16 luxury watches. The ol' smash and grab and run scored these thieves a $700,000 haul. [NY Times]
