Instructor Marlo Fisken's Lengthening Lunge-Stretch Combo

Marlo Fisken is a popular fitness instructor (see her "Hottest Trainers" New York profile) at Body & Pole, a workout studio dedicated to pole dancing and other pole-based workouts. Fisken also has her own exercise brand named Flow Movement, which she describes as ranging from "subtle awareness building movements to dynamic, plyometric and acrobatic skills."
