Hey, boys: online job search not working out for you? Try a beard, even if it's fake. Online marketer Javier Sanz told Wired he photoshopped a fake beard to his profile on freelancing gig site ODesk and his response rate jumped from 12 percent to 35 percent. His beard, apparently, made him appear older and more trustworthy. [Wired]
