The temperatures have dipped just below 65 degrees, which really only means one thing. The P.S.L. is here, and some are pumping it through their veins, while most are just making fun of it all. John Oliver is not digging the gourd's omnipresence during the autumn months, and discusses his disbelief in the flavor's popularity on his show. Oliver compares the ageless Starbucks syrup to Ryan Seacrest and Dr. Dre's early material, but his main takeaway is that, "We tolerate pumpkin spice because we like the fall." Let's just hope no one shows him this pumpkin spice hummus.
