Jennifer Lawrence has purchased Jessica Simpson's home in the Hidden Hills of Hollywood, according to E! News. Racked sister site Curbed reported that Simpson purchased the place after divorcing 98 Degrees hotrod (That's right. Hotrod.) Nick Lachey, and has been trying to sell it ever since she bought a house from the Osbournes a couple years ago. Curbed also noted that JLaw's new home sold for $6.4 million rather that "more than $7 million" as E! writes, but, really, what's half a million or so between friends?

Formerly owned by real estate mogul and fancy dancer Ellen DeGeneres in 2001, the house consists of five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths spread across 5,500 square feet.
