Judge Advises Bethenny Frankel to Stop Wearing Kid's PJs

A judge has strongly suggested 43-year-old Bethenny Frankel that it's time to graduate to more mature sleepwear sets that don't belong to her four-year-old daughter. When splitting their assets the Real Housewives of New York City star, husband Jason Hoppy, and lawyers faced a judge who was less-than-impressed with Frankel's Instagram presence. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ellen Gesmer told Frankel's lawyer, "No more pajamas!" The judge is referring to this infamous Instagram post, explaining that once something is posted onto the internet, it is accessible by the public forever. Her daughter will eventually be able to see the post, and seeing your mom in your Hello Kitty pajamas could be damaging.
