It wouldn't that far of a stretch for Katy Perry's closet to look more like a supermarket made out of cloth than a small room with hangers and folded sweaters. She has previously adorned herself in a pizza suit and a dress covered in candy so it only makes sense that her cheesy ensemble was just a last minute pull from her food-centric wardrobe. Thanks for making our stomachs growl, Katy, and also, Happy Halloween.
