Congratulations are in order: Of A Kind, the New York City-based indie retailer that sells small batches of merchandise alongside the brand's story, is celebrating their four-year anniversary this month. To commemorate the milestone, the retailer collaborated with Proper Assembly on a special backpack that marks the retailer's 250th designer collaboration.
Proper Assembly is known for their adult take on the backpack—they just launched their own line within the past month and have already garnered a strong following that includes Lucky editor Eva Chen. This particular collaboration bag is all about reinventing our (sweaty, school-ish) perception of drawstring gym bags. 50 of the bags are currently on sale at Of A Kind for $125 apiece.
