Chelsea Handler has pulled down her panties for Instagram. Two weeks ago, Handler was photographed topless on horseback alongside Vladmir Putin. This time, the comedienne is in the fine company of Kim Kardashian and her infamous glazed tush. The photo will probably remain on Instagram for some time, as the platform is actual cool with butts, but not so cool with nipples.

Just so I'm clear, Instagram...it's ok to use nudity to sexualize yourself on your site, but not to make a joke? I'm just so confused.
