Kathy Griffin confirmed that she is indeed in talks to replace Joan Rivers on E!'s Fashion Police. "They did offer it to me," Griffin told Access Hollywood. "I don't know if the situation is correct at this time for me or right for me at this time."

A source from E! told Deadline Hollywood that "we would love for Kathy to join Fashion Police." Apparently Griffin is close with NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment's Frances Berwick, who is tasked with finding a replacement for Rivers. And Deadline shot down rumors that Tyra Banks was in the running for Fashion Police hosting duties.
