TMZ is calling it a done deal for comedian Kathy Griffin to take over Joan Rivers' hosting duties on E!'s Fashion Police. Earlier this month, Griffin confirmed that she was considering the gig, and now TMZ's sources report that Griffin will indeed join the show. Melissa Rivers, Kelly Osbourne, and Giuliana Rancic will be back, but TMZ wasn't sure about George Kotsiopoulos. Incidentally, he is following in Joan Rivers's footsteps with his own new QVC clothing line.

The gossip outlet also reports that the show won't be a weekly series anymore. Fashion Police will run during awards season and "other occasions as event programming."
