Normally, Eva Mendes keeps mum on all things Ryan Gosling-related (are they or aren't they engaged?), but the birth of their baby girl Esmeralda has her singing a different tune. In a sit down with her friend Cassandra Huysentruyt Grey for Violet Grey, she spilled about pretty much every aspect of motherhood, including her favorite pregnancy beauty aids (coconut oil and sea salt) and the origin of Esmeralda's name (the novel version of The Hunchback of Notre Dame). The biggest revelation: she's doing it all without the help of a nanny, a Hollywood rarity.
