Kylie Jenner, sartorial rebel, has decided that pants are no longer something she wants to wear a lot of. Today she enjoyed a pants-less shopping trip. And earlier, she and a pants-free posse were snapped giggling about how hilarious it was to be out in public wearing giant shirts. As for an explanation: pants can be super exhausting and she's just got a lot going on lip, eyelash, hair extension wise.
