Miley captioned the photo, "Some lame ass deff gonna [flag] that but f--kkkkkkk it. #practicewhatchupreach #FreeTheNipple #FreedatShit." You can add "psychic" to the popstar's list of talents, as the shot was removed shortly by Instagram.
