Blake Lively juggled being hot and pregnant at last night's L'Oréal Paris Women of Worth Celebration. The actress looked well rested, and glowed like the sun in a fitted black backless gown with lots of arm bling. Perhaps it's all that dreaming oil that's doing the trick.
