Britney Spears celebrated her 33rd birthday with a birthday cake personally designed and decorated by her new boyfriend, Charlie Ebersol. Well isn't that literally sweet. After a day at the beach with her boys, Britney blew out the candles on her regal cake in flannel pajamas, which are plastered with dogs in sunglasses. If you don't turn 33 with doggie pajamas that result in smiles and happiness all around, then how do you?
