Eloquii, a plus-sized fashion brand originally launched in 2011 by The Limited, is relaunching online. The company—whose name is an invented hybrid of "eloquent" and "soliloquy," for the record—was shuttered in less than two years while under The Limited's umbrella and is being resurrected independently by members of the original staff as well as private investment from a founding member of Gilt.
In its second life, the brand will be more trend-focused than its career-wear past, serving women sized 14 to 24. Prices range from $18 to $198 and encompass a full apparel wardrobe as well as accessories including jewelry and belts. The site will be updated every two weeks with new merch, and there are plans for collaborations with designers and models.
