@CondeElevator Came Out and It's GQ's Lauren Bans

Behold above: The confessional tweet of THE person behind hilarious @CondeElevator, a daily dip into the conversational niceties between the good folks at Vogue, Lucky, Glamour, Vanity Fair and more that ended its reign in August 2011. It was Lauren Bans, who according to her LinkedIn, was associate editor at GQ over the past three years or so. And she's at least the columnist behind the mag's "Ask a Real Live Lady."

Her last Twitter post, however, was over three years ago with the cryptic sign-off:

But apparently Bans no longer fears losing her job (probably because she no longer works there and just freelances with them). And it wasn't John Jannuzzi, OK?
