Kate Spade New York showed an Asian-inspired whirlwind for fall, with highlights including a Chinese takeout purse. Creative director Deborah Lloyd told us backstage that she's personally obsessed with the navy on navy looks and is excited to push the KSNY girl in a new, slouchier direction.
Models were given samurai-style ponytails, no-makeup makeup with highlighted eyes, and a pretty coat of a nude by Deborah Lippmann on long, oval nails. Stylist Brad Goreski gave each look the finishing touch before the girls were shot for the brand's lookbook and ultimately shuttled out for the presentation. Have a look behind the scenes—and at the final collection—after the jump.
