Facebook finally launched video content yesterday, beginning with 15-second spots. Brian Boland, Facebook's vice president of ads product marketing, said the company is also testing two new ad features, "one for scheduling what times of day an ad appears, and another for setting a promotion's reach and frequency," Bloomberg reported.
